5 Ways to raise your vibration to align with your manifestations

Are you aware of the fact that you must align your vibrational energy with the vibration of what it is that you desire in order for your manifestations to be successful? As humans, we cannot be in a high vibration mode all the time. It is important to remember that the more we align ourselves with the frequency, the easier it will be for us to remain there.

What is so amazing about some people is how they seem to have everything in place and that everything seems to just work out for them? Most people would think that it’s just like being ‘lucky’ and getting what you want. In reality, it’s more like raising your vibration to match what you desire, whether you realize it or not. Whether you’re dealing with positive or negative energy, like attracts like.

So, let’s take a look at the 5 ways to raise your vibration to align with your manifestations. Remember, there is no one correct method for this. Whatever feels right for you is the best method.

Become Aware of your Thoughts

How many times have you woken up on the ‘wrong side of the bed’, and then your day just got progressively worse? I know I have! Something that isn’t helpful, or in our favor, tends to put us in a bad mood. Then we may hold on to those negative thoughts for a while, and then something else may happen to annoy us or bring us down further.

Throughout the day, this happens repeatedly. The outcome would have been different had you taken some deep breaths and grounded yourself after a bad morning. Focus on the positive things around you and go about your day with a positive attitude. 

You are more than likely going to keep having positive thoughts, and little things that would have annoyed you earlier seem not to bother you anymore. The end result is that you manage to maintain a high vibrational frequency, which is exactly what you want.

In the future, pay attention to your thoughts and pay attention to how your subconscious responds when something doesn’t quite work out. If a negative thought shows up, acknowledge it and thank it for showing up, and change it to a positive. What we think affects how we feel and how we deal with things. You will soon notice a shift in your vibrational energy if you continue doing this for a while.

Become aware of what you say

In the same way that we need to become aware of our thoughts, becoming aware of our words is just as important. As you converse with someone, pay attention to the way you say certain things. Do you cut them off with a negative vibe? Do you talk badly about other people? Do you constantly tell yourself how tired you are or that you don’t have any energy? 

Try calling yourself out if you think you’re a bit of a negative Nancy and change the way you act. The next time someone asks how you feel, try saying something positive, such as “I feel great today” rather than “I am tired and bored right now”.

Changing your negatives into positives sounds easy, but it takes work, so keep at it. If you do, you will soon realize that you are no longer a negative Nancy, but more of a positive Polly.

Practice Gratitude

You will raise your vibration very quickly by simply practicing gratitude every day. This instantly raises your vibration. If you focus on the good in your life, you will attract more of the same vibration into your life. It is best to do this when you first wake up in the morning and before you go to bed at night. Either write down at least three things you are grateful for or say them out loud. Since the power of writing is greater than the power of words, I keep a gratitude journal.

Become aware of your tribe

Putting this one in place is probably one of the more difficult ones, but the energy shift afterward will be dramatic. Take a moment to reflect on the people you surround yourself with. They should lift you up, not drag you down. Do they always complain or talk negatively about others? How does it feel when you spend time with them? Tired, depleted, low in mood? How about happiness, joy, and elation?

Whether we like it or not, we pick up on other people’s energy, and sometimes being around the wrong people can bring us down and prevent us from living high vibrationally. Usually, our tribe consists of our family, work colleagues, and friends who have been in our lives for years.

However, this does not imply that you have to cut them out of your life. It simply serves the purpose of making you aware of the types of energy you surround yourself with in order to prepare your energy before being in their presence.

Dance, dance, dance

Yes! You read that right. Dancing to upbeat music can instantly boost our energy levels. There’s nothing better than turning up the music and dancing like no one’s watching. Do you remember being young, how much fun did you have when your favorite song came on, and you sang and danced? 

You were so upbeat and happy, right? So why don’t we do this as adults? It is one of the simplest ways to raise our vibration. The energy of the music flows through us, and when we move our bodies, we feel alive and invigorated.

You will start feeling better if you make one small change in the right direction to raise your vibration, and you will start aligning yourself with the vibrations of what you are trying to manifest in your life. Remember that we need to connect and align with our desires, so we must do anything that makes us feel alive and connected, which is beneficial and organic in healing us and will bring us closer to our desired outcomes.

You can try them all or just a few of them and see how quickly your vibration rises. The first step in creating the change you want is aligning yourself to how you want to feel and then taking those small steps.
